We got takeout from there yesterday, and I have to say the prices are really reasonable, and the quality is really good for the price. First time there, and as a tradesman who often eats at snack bars, this one has made it into my top 5. Absolutely delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. The schnitzel was very crispy and tasty. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. 👍👋 I can really recommend the food here!!
A family-friendly place with good value food. We bought two schnitzels with potatoes and a drink, and it all came to €17. They speak English and the service is good.
The 'HeideGrill' is a proper chip shop, the kind that was practically all there was when I was young. It's only a few hundred meters from the 'Lower Rhine Open-Air Museum,' making it easy to combine a visit with a meal there. The food and drink selection is manageable, and you can quickly find something to your liking; they seem to specialize in schnitzel in various styles. It's freshly fried and arrives piping hot. My schnitzel with medium fries, mayo, and a 0.33-liter Fanta was delicious, and I can't complain about the price of €11.00. You can take your food to go or eat in. The small shop has five seats, and everything is clean and tidy. The only male server was friendly, and I left quite satisfied after my meal. I'll gladly come back. Thank you.
